Ride Description

A great ride that takes in the great Peachester Range and Somerset Dam roads, beginning from the town of Beerwah and heading west along the D’Aguilar Hwy and then south along the Brisbane Valley Highway to Esk.

Directions

Leave Beerwah heading West towards Woodford. At D’Aguilar Hwy turn right to Kilcoy, travel through Kilcoy for 2km and turn left and head to Esk via Soerset Dam.

Best Thing About This Ride

This road has it all from sharp hairpins to great sweepers, straights and ups & downs. Great biker friendly cafe at Somerset, Woodford has fantastic bakery & cafe, all bike friendly.

Heavily policed & nearer the dam watch for boats on trailers – They leave water behind.
